Boil salted water in a large pot and cook egg noodles until slightly firm (al dente). Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Stir cooked noodles, shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon into the sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and bacon evenly on top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
