Easy Curried Sausages (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.2 lb of sausages.
02 - A peeled and sliced carrot.
03 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
04 - 1 onion, finely chopped.
05 - ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
06 - ⅔ cup of peas.
07 - ⅔ cup of corn kernels.
08 - 1 tablespoon curry powder.
09 - 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
10 - ½ teaspoon salt.
11 - 2 ¼ cups of your favorite broth.

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, warm up the oil over medium heat. Let the sausages cook until they get a nice golden color, roughly 6-8 minutes.
02 - Take the sausages out, slice them into chunks, and wrap them with foil to keep them warm.
03 - Toss the onions into the skillet and cook gently for 2 or 3 minutes. Let them go soft and start to color a little.
04 - Stir the curry powder and flour into the cooked onions until it's all combined.
05 - Pour the broth in bit by bit, mixing continuously until the sauce is smooth.
06 - Drop in the carrot slices, along with the salt and pepper. Let this simmer for around 5 minutes.
07 - Add the sausage chunks back in, along with peas and corn. Simmer for two more minutes so everything warms up nicely.

01 - Pick any kind of sausage you like—chicken, pork, turkey, or beef all work.

03 - You can use veggie, beef, or chicken broth—whichever suits you best.
