Easter Egg Dough Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ingredients for Dough Balls

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
02 - 1 cup rolled oats
03 - ½ cup honey
04 - ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
05 - ½ cup colored M&Ms
06 - Pinch of salt (optional)
07 - ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
08 - ½ cup white chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss the oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips until mixed.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey and peanut butter until creamy. Mix in vanilla and salt, if you'd like.
03 - Pour the peanut butter and honey blend into the oat mix. Stir until every piece is coated and it sticks together when pressed.
04 - Scoop small portions and roll them into balls using your hands, about the size of a grape. Pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes if it's too sticky to handle.
05 - If you'd like, roll the balls in shredded coconut for a fun twist.
06 - Arrange the dough balls on a baking tray or plate, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to solidify.
07 - Dig in! Or store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

# Notes:

01 - Mini M&Ms spread better for more chocolate in each bite.
02 - For a peanut-free alternative, use sunflower butter or almond butter.
03 - A few tablespoons of protein powder can make these snacks more filling.
04 - Want extra crunch? Stir in crushed crackers or chopped nuts.
