Combine milk, eggs, and salt till it's all blended nicely.

Start with a cup of flour, mix until smooth. Keep adding a bit more till the dough is just a little sticky.

Use flour on hands and counter, and knead it for 3-5 minutes till it doesn’t stick much. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

On a floured surface, roll it super thin, less than ¼ inch.

Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice long strips. Pile them up loosely.

Boil in water for 2-3 minutes until soft, or toss them straight into the soup to cook.
