Simple Pasta (Print Format)

Easy-to-make fresh egg pasta using basic ingredients like eggs, flour, milk, and salt. Great as a side or in your favorite soups and stews.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½-2 cups plain flour.
02 - 2 tablespoons of milk.
03 - A pinch under 1 teaspoon of salt.
04 - 2 eggs, big ones.

# Steps:

01 - Combine milk, eggs, and salt till it's all blended nicely.
02 - Start with a cup of flour, mix until smooth. Keep adding a bit more till the dough is just a little sticky.
03 - Use flour on hands and counter, and knead it for 3-5 minutes till it doesn’t stick much. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
04 - On a floured surface, roll it super thin, less than ¼ inch.
05 - Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice long strips. Pile them up loosely.
06 - Boil in water for 2-3 minutes until soft, or toss them straight into the soup to cook.
