                In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, chopped pickles, ground black pepper, and paprika until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

                Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and optionally drain the fat to prevent overly greasy quesadillas.

                Fold the tortillas in half, pressing gently to seal the edges. Place in a dry skillet over medium heat and cook until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

                Remove the quesadillas from the heat and slice into portions. Serve with extra burger sauce and optional burger toppings of your choice.
