01 - 2 pounds ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
05 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) chili starter
06 - 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
07 - 1 can (15 ounces) fire roasted diced tomatoes
08 - 1 packet chili seasoning
09 - 1 teaspoon beef bouillon paste
10 - 1 cup beef broth

# Steps:

01 - Add the diced bell peppers, onions, and ground beef to a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully browned and no longer pink. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, then carefully drain any excess grease.
02 - Pour in the chili starter, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, beef broth, and beef bouillon paste. Mix everything together well and bring the chili to a gentle simmer.
03 - Reduce the heat to low and let the chili cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring from time to time. Once heated through and flavorful, serve warm and enjoy.
