01 -
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9x13 (or larger) baking sheet with nonstick spray.
02 -
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Gently stretch it to form a rectangle, ensuring it reaches the edges.
03 -
In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of melted butter with ½ teaspoon of garlic salt.
04 -
Brush half of the butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
05 -
Layer provolone cheese, ham, pepperoni, salami, and mozzarella cheese onto the dough, slightly overlapping each piece and leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
06 -
Starting from the long edge, gently roll the dough into a log, being careful not to tear it. Pinch the seams and edges to seal.
07 -
Brush the remaining butter mixture over the top of the rolled dough. Sprinkle with additional garlic salt, if desired.
08 -
Cut 4 diagonal slits across the top of the dough to allow steam to escape.
09 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
10 -
Remove stromboli from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
