Pumpkin Treats (Print Format)

Pumpkin cheesecake bites covered in white chocolate and sprinkled with graham crumbs. Great for fall parties or a quick treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened cream cheese, 8 oz.
02 - Pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup.
03 - 10 crushed graham crackers.
04 - Powdered sugar, 1/2 cup.
05 - Pumpkin pie seasoning, 2 tsp.
06 - A small pinch of salt.
07 - Vanilla extract, half a teaspoon.
08 - White chocolate, about 2 cups.
09 - Coconut oil, 1 tablespoon.
10 - Extra graham crumbs to sprinkle on top.

# Steps:

01 - Grind graham crackers until they’re very fine.
02 - Combine pumpkin, sugar, cream cheese, and the crumb mix.
03 - Stir in a dash of salt, vanilla, and your spices.
04 - Pop into the freezer for 1 hour.
05 - Shape the mix into 20 small balls.
06 - Place back in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
07 - Warm the chocolate with the coconut oil until melted.
08 - Coat the balls with the melted chocolate.
09 - Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top.
10 - Keep them chilled in the fridge.

# Tips:

01 - If the mixture feels too soft, toss in more graham crumbs.
02 - You can freeze these ahead of time.
