Set oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking pan and set aside.

Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each with your fingers.

Place one slice of roast beef and one slice of provolone cheese on each flattened dough piece.

Fold dough edges over filling, pinching to seal into ball shapes.

Place dough balls in greased baking pan with seals down. Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over dough balls.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.

Warm beef broth over medium heat until hot.

Present warm filled biscuits alongside au jus for dipping.
