# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)

02 - 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced

03 - 4 slices Gruyère cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

05 - 2 cups beef broth, low sodium

# Steps:

01 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently until golden brown and caramelized, about 25 minutes.
