Fresh Citrus Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp baking powder.
02 - ½ tsp salt.
03 - 2¾ cups flour.
04 - 1 cup butter, softened.
05 - ½ tsp baking soda.
06 - 2 cups sugar.
07 - 2 tsp vanilla.
08 - 4 eggs.
09 - ½ cup lemon juice.
10 - 1 tbsp lemon zest.
11 - 1 cup sour cream.
12 - 3-4 tbsp lemon juice.
13 - 1½ cups powdered sugar.
14 - 1 tsp lemon zest.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
02 - Stir together salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
03 - Whip sugar and butter till it's light and fluffy.
04 - Mix in eggs one by one, beating after each addition.
05 - Blend sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla into the mixture.
06 - Add the dry mix into the wet mixture a little at a time.
07 - Pour batter into your prepped bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean when done.
08 - Wait 15 minutes before taking the cake out of the pan to cool completely.
09 - Blend together powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Drizzle on top.
