Garlic Bread Meatball Subs (Print Format)

Crispy garlic bread loaded with saucy meatballs and melted mozzarella, perfect for a hearty, satisfying meal.

01 - 8 pieces frozen Texas Toast garlic bread
02 - 1 pound pre-cooked, thawed meatballs
03 - 16 ounces pasta sauce or marinara
04 - 8 slices mozzarella cheese
05 - Dried parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Cook the garlic bread according to the directions on the box.
02 - Add the cooked meatballs and sauce to a pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and reduce heat.
03 - Remove the garlic bread from the oven when golden and press down the center with a spoon to form bread bowls.
04 - Place 2-3 meatballs in each piece of garlic bread and top with additional sauce from the pan. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese over each.
05 - Place the subs back in the oven for a couple more minutes to melt the cheese. Top with dried parsley before serving.
