01 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and ensure it is fully cooked (165°F). Drain any excess grease.
03 -
In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
04 -
Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface into a rectangular shape.
05 -
Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
06 -
Carefully roll the pizza dough tightly from one side to the other forming a log. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal.
07 -
Cut the log into 8 even rollups, approximately 1 inch thick, and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
08 -
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the butter and garlic mixture over the top of each rollup.
09 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until rollups are golden brown.
10 -
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
