Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Format)

Juicy broiled lobster tails smothered in creamy garlic butter. A 20-minute dish that's both indulgent and easy to pull off.

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 fresh or thawed lobster tails (if frozen)

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 1/4 cup real butter
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves
04 - 1/2 cup of thick cream
05 - Juice from 1 tablespoon of lemon
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated fresh

→ Seasonings & Garnish

07 - Chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon
08 - Salt and ground black pepper (as much as you like)
09 - Lemon slices for serving

# Steps:

01 - Set your broiler to high. With kitchen shears, slice the top of each lobster shell. Pop the lobster meat out and rest it on the shell. Add salt and pepper.
02 - Over medium heat, melt butter in a skillet. Stir in garlic for a minute until fragrant. Pour in cream and lemon juice. Slowly mix in Parmesan and cook until it thickens.
03 - Put the lobster on a baking tray, brushing sauce over the tops. Broil 8-10 minutes, basting them again halfway, until the meat is fully cooked and no longer see-through.
04 - Top with parsley and serve hot with lemon on the side.

# Tips:

01 - Keep an eye on the lobster while it's under the broiler to avoid drying it out. The meat should be tender but firm.
02 - For top flavor, stick to fresh garlic and high-quality Parmesan.
03 - Basting the lobster with sauce while it cooks helps keep it juicy.
