# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter Steak Bites

01 - 2 lbs ribeye, cubed
02 - 1 tbsp oil
03 - 3 tsp Cajun seasoning
04 - 3 tbsp butter
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley

→ Mac n Cheese

07 - 2 tbsp butter
08 - 2 tbsp flour
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
11 - 6 oz milk or evaporated milk
12 - 1 cup heavy cream
13 - 8 oz mozzarella, freshly shredded
14 - 8 oz colby jack, freshly shredded
15 - 4 oz sharp cheddar, freshly shredded
16 - 8 oz macaroni pasta (or pasta of choice)
17 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Season steak bites with oil and Cajun seasoning. Sear on high heat for a few minutes on each side. Remove steak bites from pan, and melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Return steak bites to the pan and sprinkle parsley over the top.
02 - Melt butter in a pan and add half of your seasonings. Gradually incorporate flour while whisking until smooth. Slowly add milk while whisking until fully combined and smooth. Repeat process with heavy cream. Add half of the shredded cheeses one handful at a time, ensuring each addition fully melts before adding more.
03 - Season the sauce with the remaining seasonings. Add al dente pasta to the sauce and mix until thoroughly combined.
04 - Layer the pasta and sauce mixture in a baking dish or cast-iron pan, adding a layer of cheese in the middle and on top. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes for a crispy, golden top layer.

# Tips:

01 - Ensure the cheeses are freshly shredded to maximize melting and creaminess in the sauce.
