# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 0.5 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 0.5 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Pasta

03 - 8 oz spaghetti or linguine

→ Fats and Oils

04 - 2 tbsp olive oil
05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

→ Seasonings and Aromatics

06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
08 - 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
09 - Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables and Garnishes

10 - 2 cups fresh spinach
11 - 0.25 cup chopped roasted red peppers
12 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

→ Cheese

13 - 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional

# Steps:

01 - Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add shrimp, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
03 - Boil spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain pasta, reserving a small amount of pasta water. Toss pasta immediately with remaining 1 tablespoon of butter until coated.
04 - Add fresh spinach and chopped roasted red peppers to the pasta and shrimp mixture. Stir gently to combine and wilt the spinach, adding reserved pasta water if needed for moisture.
05 - Serve pasta with shrimp topped with seared steak bites. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - For a richer flavor, use ribeye steak and allow steak to rest 5 minutes before serving.
