Ultimate Cheese Garlic Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 long loaf of French or Italian bread (400g), split down the middle.
02 - 1/2 cup of melted salted butter.
03 - 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
04 - 3/4 cup of mayo.
05 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs.
06 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red chili flakes.
08 - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
09 - 1 cup fresh parmesan, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 400°F to get it hot.
02 - Slice the bread down the middle and lay it on a foil-covered baking pan.
03 - Stir together the melted butter, garlic, herbs, and chili flakes.
04 - Mix up the mayo, mozzarella, and parsley in another dish.
05 - Using a brush, coat the bread with the butter mix.
06 - Spread the mayo blend thickly on top of the bread halves.
07 - Cover the bread in foil and bake for 10 minutes.
08 - Take off the foil, sprinkle on parmesan, and bake it naked for 5 more minutes.
09 - If you want it extra crispy, broil it for up to 2 minutes.
10 - Cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Skip or reduce the mayo if you like.
02 - Add some salt if your butter's not salted.
03 - It's best eaten while it's warm.
