Pop the butter and minced garlic into a small pan. Let it warm up on the stove for about 3–5 minutes until it smells amazing.

Roll the ground meat into 8 even portions. Mix the onion salt, garlic salt, black pepper, and regular salt in a little bowl to season your burgers.

Use the basting brush to coat the buns with the garlic butter you made. Cook them on a hot pan until they crisp up and turn golden.

Take each beef ball, add a tiny drizzle of garlic butter, and sprinkle garlic salt on top. On a preheated grill or skillet set to medium-high, press each ball with a spatula into a flat patty. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the patties while cooking. When one side is done, flip it and lay a cheese slice on top.

Stack two patties on top of one another, making doubles. Place them on your toasted buns, and pile on whatever toppings you like.
