Juicy Cajun chicken skewers grilled and coated with creamy garlic parmesan sauce, finished with fresh herbs.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Skewers

01 - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - Cajun seasoning, to taste
03 - Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

→ Garlic Parmesan Sauce

04 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes and season generously with Cajun seasoning. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and stir. Slowly whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Stir in Italian seasoning and chopped parsley.
03 - Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for even cooking.
04 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
05 - Grill the chicken skewers for 8-12 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
06 - Brush the grilled chicken skewers generously with garlic parmesan sauce while they are still hot.
07 - Garnish the skewers with fresh parsley and serve immediately with extra garlic parmesan sauce on the side.

# Tips:

01 - For optimal flavor, allow the chicken to marinate in Cajun seasoning for at least 30 minutes before threading onto skewers.
02 - Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best results in the sauce.
