Garlic Parmesan Steak Tortellini (Print Format)

Steak, tortellini, and veggies tossed in Parmesan garlic sauce for a hearty, flavorful meal.

01 - 2 strip steaks
02 - 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
03 - 1 sliced onion
04 - 1 large zucchini
05 - 10 oz grape tomatoes
06 - 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
07 - 1/4-1/2 cup water
08 - Shredded Parmesan cheese
09 - 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
10 - Heat Rile's Garlic Butter seasoning

# Steps:

01 - Cut steaks into cubes. Slice zucchini into smaller pieces and slice the onion.
02 - Heat griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp oil, and cook all the vegetables. Season vegetables with Heat Rile's Garlic Butter seasoning.
03 - Add the steak cubes to the griddle and season with the same seasoning. Cook until browned.
04 - Add frozen tortellini to the griddle. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water over the tortellini, cover with a griddle dome, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
05 - Once tortellini is cooked, stir in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce and remove from the griddle.
06 - Mix the vegetables and steak until cooked to your liking. Top tortellini with the vegetables and steak, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, and serve.
