Gooey Caramel Pecan Cake (Print Format)

A gooey, caramel-loaded dish paired with pecans and crispy cake crumbles. Quick and easy to whip up with minimal effort and ready in no time.

# Ingredients:

→ Pecan Mixture

01 - 2 eggs, whisked
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed down
03 - 1 cup caramel sauce
04 - 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
05 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
06 - 3 cups whole pecan halves

→ Crumbly Top

07 - 1 package butter pecan cake mix
08 - 1 cup of butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray so your dessert doesn’t stick.
02 - In a big bowl, mix your whisked eggs, brown sugar, caramel toppings, and melted butter together until it’s well blended.
03 - Carefully add the pecans and stir so they’re spread evenly through the mixture.
04 - Dump the pecan mix into the greased pan, spreading out the nuts so nothing clumps.
05 - In a different bowl, mix the butter pecan cake mix and melted butter. When it looks crumbly, scatter it on top of the pecan layer.
06 - Bake the whole thing for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and the edges are bubbly.

# Tips:

01 - Let it cool for at least 15-20 minutes before enjoying.
02 - Tastes amazing with vanilla ice cream, extra caramel drizzle, or sea salt on top.
