10 - Texas toast bread
11 - Mayonnaise or butter
12 - Kraft American cheese slices or any melty cheese

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic. Drain excess grease if necessary. Stir in tomato paste, burger seasoning, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
02 - Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each Texas Toast slice. Place the mayo or butter side down onto a hot nonstick pan or griddle. Add a slice of cheese to each bread slice. Spoon a generous amount of the Sloppy Joe mixture onto one slice and top with another slice to form a sandwich.
03 - Grill sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately and enjoy.

# Tips:

01 - Using mayonnaise instead of butter results in an extra crispy and flavorful crust.
02 - Feel free to substitute Kraft American singles with your preferred melty cheese.
03 - This recipe makes 4 generously stuffed sandwiches.
