03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

→ For the creamy garlic sauce

08 - 120ml mayonnaise
09 - 60ml sour cream
10 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
13 - ¼ teaspoon salt
14 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Grab a large bowl and toss your chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if you like a little kick. Make sure every piece gets coated nicely.
02 - Heat up your grill or grill pan to medium heat. Cook those seasoned chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until they're golden, slightly charred, and cooked through completely.
03 - While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until everything's smooth and creamy.
04 - Arrange your grilled chicken bites on a serving platter and either drizzle with that delicious garlic sauce or serve it alongside for dipping. Perfect for sharing!

# Tips:

01 - Want more heat? Add extra cayenne pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken marinade.
02 - These chicken bites are great served over rice, pasta, or with your favorite seasonal vegetables for a complete meal.
03 - Sprinkle some extra fresh parsley or chopped chives on top for a pop of color and fresh flavor.
04 - The garlic sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
