Ham Cheese Pinwheels Rolls (Print Format)

Creamy ham and cheese pinwheels make a simple, no-cook bite for snacks, parties, or lunchboxes.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 large flour tortillas

→ Spread

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tsp honey, plus extra for drizzling

→ Fillings

04 - 6-8 slices deli ham
05 - 2-4 slices cheddar cheese
06 - Optional: a handful of baby spinach or thinly sliced cucumbers

# Steps:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with 2 tsp of honey until smooth and creamy.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the honey cream cheese mixture evenly over the whole tortilla. Place 3 slices of ham over the cream cheese. Then, lay 1-2 slices of cheese on top so it covers most of the tortilla. If adding spinach or cucumbers, layer them here.
03 - Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife. You should get 8-10 pinwheels per wrap. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes if needed to firm up before slicing.

# Tips:

01 - Refrigerating the rolled tortilla briefly helps it firm up for cleaner slicing.
