Ham Cheese Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, only if you want to use them.
02 - 8 slices of Swiss cheese.
03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, if you'd like.
04 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough.
05 - 8 slices of deli ham.
06 - 1 tablespoon melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay the crescent dough flat on your counter. Seal any gaps in the seams to form a single sheet.
03 - Spread Dijon (if you'd like) across the dough. Lay down the ham slices, then layer cheese on top.
04 - Roll the sheet up tightly from a long edge. Slice the roll into pieces about an inch thick.
05 - Put the slices on the prepared baking tray. Brush each with melted butter, and sprinkle a little poppy seed on top if you'd like.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the top is golden and cheese is bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - Swap Dijon for honey mustard or mayo for a different flavor.
02 - Try swapping out Swiss for cheddar or pepper jack!
03 - They'll keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
