Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat a medium skillet and cook the whisked eggs until done. Divide the eggs in half, flip to cook both sides, and fold each portion into a square shape.

Repeat the process for the remaining 4 eggs.

Slice the croissants in half. Layer the bottom half with a slice of ham, cooked egg, and a slice of cheese. Place the top half on each croissant.

Layer parchment paper on a baking sheet and add the assembled croissants.

Place the croissants in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the ham is warmed.
