Ham Egg Cheese Croissants (Print Format)

01 - 8 large eggs
02 - 4 croissants
03 - 4 slices of cheese
04 - 4 slices of ham
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Preheat a medium skillet and cook the whisked eggs until done. Divide the eggs in half, flip to cook both sides, and fold each portion into a square shape.
04 - Repeat the process for the remaining 4 eggs.
05 - Slice the croissants in half. Layer the bottom half with a slice of ham, cooked egg, and a slice of cheese. Place the top half on each croissant.
06 - Layer parchment paper on a baking sheet and add the assembled croissants.
07 - Place the croissants in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the ham is warmed.
08 - Remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
