01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - ½ yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
06 - 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
07 - 15 ounces canned sliced potatoes, drained
08 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
03 - Add the cream of mushroom soup and drained sliced potatoes to the skillet. Stir until well combined with the beef mixture.
