Tender chicken, crisp veggies, provolone, and creamy honey mustard sauce in a toasted, satisfying wrap.

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Components

01 - 4 large burrito-sized flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)
02 - 10 to 12 high-quality frozen chicken tenders
03 - 8 slices thin provolone cheese
04 - 4 cooked bacon slices, crumbled

→ Fresh Vegetables

05 - 2 to 3 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
06 - 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
07 - 1 small cucumber, diced and patted dry
08 - Dill pickle slices
09 - Chopped scallions

→ Honey Mustard Dressing

10 - 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
11 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
12 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
13 - 2 tablespoons honey
14 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
15 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
16 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
17 - 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Whisk Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as desired and add hot sauce if preferred. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to develop flavor.
02 - Cook chicken tenders according to package instructions until internal temperature reaches 165°F. For air frying, cook 12 minutes shaking halfway for even browning. Let cool slightly before assembling.
03 - Combine shredded lettuce, sliced carrots, and diced cucumber in a medium bowl. Toss with half of the honey mustard dressing to coat evenly. Reserve remaining dressing for assembly.
04 - Warm tortillas 20-30 seconds in microwave between damp towels or briefly on a skillet. Spread remaining honey mustard dressing over each tortilla center. Layer 2 provolone slices, crumbled bacon, dressed vegetables, 2 to 3 chicken tenders, pickle slices, and chopped scallions. Drizzle additional dressing on top.
05 - Fold short sides of tortillas inward, then roll tightly from the bottom, tucking filling for secure wraps. Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Toast wraps seam-side down, 30 to 60 seconds per side, until golden and crispy. Serve warm.

# Tips:

01 - Warm tortillas before assembly to prevent cracking and tearing.
02 - Pat wet ingredients dry to avoid soggy wraps.
03 - Allow honey mustard dressing to rest for 30 minutes to improve flavor.
04 - Limit filling to 1 to 1.5 cups per wrap for optimal rolling.
05 - Store components separately for meal prep and assemble fresh to avoid sogginess.
