Herb Roasted Potatoes (Print Format)

Golden russet potatoes baked with fresh parsley and rosemary. A crispy, comforting side that complements any dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
02 - 1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper.
03 - 6 average-sized russet potatoes.
04 - 1½ teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley.
05 - 1 teaspoon rosemary.
06 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to warm up to 425°F.
02 - Slice the potatoes up into chunks about 1½ inches big.
03 - Mix the potato chunks with rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil until every piece is covered well.
04 - Put the potatoes into a greased baking dish, spreading them evenly.
05 - Pop them in for 30-35 minutes, giving them a flip midway through cooking. Check until they’re soft and golden brown.
06 - Add the chopped parsley on top right before serving.
