Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.

In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat and set aside.

Add hash browns to skillet and cook until lightly brown. (Add a little oil to the skillet if necessary.) Place hash browns in bottom of lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.

Top with sausage and cheese.

Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the hash brown mixture.

Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 60 minutes.
