# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz refrigerated pizza dough
02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
06 - 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
07 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
08 - 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
09 - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
10 - 1 egg, beaten
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
05 - Layer the pepperoni, sausage, black olives, green bell pepper, and mushrooms evenly over the cheese.
06 - Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
07 - Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
08 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
