Cook the noodles to al dente, rinse off, and keep them ready.

In a skillet, cook the meats, onion, and garlic until browned; drain away the grease.

Stir together the sauce ingredients and gently cook for about 5 minutes.

Combine ricotta cheese, parsley, and egg in a bowl.

In a 9x13 pan, layer 1/3 of the cheese mixture, 1 cup sauce, and 3 noodles; repeat two more times.

Finish with a layer of noodles covered in the last of the sauce.

Cover with foil and bake it for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheeses on top and bake without the foil for 15 more minutes.

For extra crisping, broil it for 2–3 minutes but keep an eye on it.
