# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Bites

01 - 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - 1/8 tsp black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
07 - ¼ cup honey
08 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
09 - ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
10 - 1 tbsp butter

→ Creamy Rice

11 - 1½ cups jasmine or white rice
12 - 3 cups chicken broth
13 - 1 cup heavy cream
14 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
16 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
17 - 2 tbsp butter
18 - 1 tsp salt, to taste
19 - 1/8 tsp black pepper, to taste
20 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
21 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Combine rice and chicken broth in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
02 - Stir butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan into the cooked rice until fully melted and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Keep warm.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
04 - Push chicken to the skillet edges, add butter and minced garlic to the center. Sauté garlic for 60 seconds, then add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir and simmer for 4 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
05 - Plate the creamy rice and top with the honey garlic chicken bites. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Use a heavy-bottomed pot for even rice cooking to prevent sticking.
