In a bowl, combine lime juice, zest, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Add the chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 7–8 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

Dice the avocado and toss with lime juice to prevent browning. Set aside.
