# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 6 medium fresh jalapeños
03 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese (full-fat recommended)
04 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
05 - 6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon

# Steps:

01 - Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. Use gloves for safety to avoid irritation.
02 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon until fully mixed.
03 - Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, filling just to the level of the edges.
04 - Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles. Place a filled jalapeño half at the wide end of a triangle. Roll the dough gently to cover the pepper, tucking the edges securely.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
06 - Allow rolls to cool for 5 minutes on the pan to set the filling before serving warm.

# Tips:

01 - Use a well-chilled filling to reduce the chance of leaks during baking.
02 - Pat sliced jalapeños dry to ensure crispy dough and prevent sogginess.
