# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and spray a light coat of oil on top.
02 - Get rid of extra liquid from the cottage cheese. Use a fine strainer or cheesecloth for the best results so they crisp up nicely.
03 - Spoon small piles of cottage cheese onto the tray you prepped. Press each one flat with a spoon to make thin circles. Leave gaps between them.
04 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on them, so they brown nicely and don't burn.
05 - Let the chips sit on the tray for a while to crisp up more. Move them onto a plate to enjoy.
06 - For another way, spread dry cottage cheese on parchment paper. Microwave it on high for 2-3 minutes until golden and firm. When cooled, break into smaller bites.
