Keto Pizza Casserole Bake (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - ½ cup cream cheese
02 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 2 tsp baking powder
04 - 3 large eggs
05 - 1½ cups almond flour
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

→ Filling

07 - 1 lb ground beef
08 - 1 lb Italian sausage
09 - ½ cup mini pepperoni
10 - 1 Tbsp minced garlic
11 - ¼ cup almond flour
12 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
13 - 3 cups marinara sauce
14 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Microwave cream cheese and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
03 - Add eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and almond flour to the cheese mixture. Mix into a dough.
04 - Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper. Press dough evenly inside and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
05 - In a skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
06 - Add garlic, mini pepperoni, almond flour, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well.
07 - Pour in marinara sauce, bring to a gentle boil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Spread the meat mixture evenly into the baking dish. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
09 - Place the chilled crust over the filling.
10 - Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden, bubbly, and fully cooked.
