Kielbasa Pierogi Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
02 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
04 - ½ cup chicken broth.
05 - 16 ounces frozen potato pierogi.
06 - 14 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced.
07 - ½ cup sour cream.
08 - 3 sliced green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13 pan lightly with grease.
02 - Spread out the sausage pieces and pierogies in the pan.
03 - Stir together softened cream cheese, broth, sour cream, pepper, and half the green onions. Drizzle the mix evenly over the top.
04 - Cover it and bake for 30 minutes. Then, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake without the cover for another 10 minutes.
05 - Scatter the rest of the green onions over everything, then it’s ready to eat.

01 - Try with any type of smoked sausage you like.
02 - Stays fresh up to 5 days in the fridge.
03 - Cheese blocks melt more evenly than pre-shredded cheese.
