Smoky kielbasa and vibrant veggies roast together for a quick, satisfying one-pan dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 (12 oz) packs of Beef Kielbasa
02 - 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped into small cubes
03 - 2 green bell peppers, cut into evenly sized pieces
04 - 1 red onion, cut into evenly sized pieces
05 - 2 tbsp olive oil
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - Garlic powder, to taste
09 - Paprika, to taste
10 - Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce
11 - Chopped green onions, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Slice the kielbasa into thin rounds. Cut the green bell peppers, red onion, and potatoes into evenly sized pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes before chopping them into small cubes.
02 - Add the potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the potatoes to ensure they are evenly coated.
03 - Add the chopped peppers and onions to the bowl with the potatoes. Drizzle with additional olive oil and seasoning. Stir everything together until well combined.
04 - Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray. Spread the seasoned potatoes and vegetables onto the sheet pan. Place the sliced kielbasa on top.
05 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the sheet pan meal for 30 to 40 minutes. Check after 30 minutes and cook longer if needed. The kielbasa and vegetables should be fully cooked and slightly browned.
06 - Remove from the oven and drizzle with Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce. For a less spicy option, omit the sauce or serve separately with BBQ sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce adds a spicy kick. Adjust the sauce amount based on personal spice preference.
