07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 14 oz canned crushed tomatoes
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Red pepper flakes, to taste
11 - Oregano, to taste

→ OTHER

12 - 1/3 pound ground beef, split in half
13 - 1/4 pound hot Italian sausage
14 - 1 lasagna noodle, boiled and drained
15 - 3 slices mozzarella cheese
16 - 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese

# Steps:

01 - Cut the ciabatta bun in half and spread butter on each side. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Broil on high for a few minutes until golden brown.
02 - Heat olive oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 3 minutes, ensuring it does not brown. Add black pepper and canned crushed tomatoes. Stir to combine and season with salt, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
03 - Cut the boiled lasagna noodle into 3 pieces and add it to the sauce. Allow it to simmer slightly before removing.
04 - Form balls from the ground beef and sausage. Heat a cast iron pan over high heat and add a small amount of high-heat oil such as peanut oil. Add the meatballs to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Flip each ball and smash it flat into the pan. Cook for another 1 minute, flip again, and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
05 - Start with the bottom bun. Layer on the first burger patty, followed by a lasagna noodle piece and a tablespoon of ricotta cheese. Add the sausage patty, another lasagna noodle, and another tablespoon of ricotta. Top with the second burger patty, the final lasagna noodle, and a third tablespoon of ricotta. Place the top bun on. Allow the burger to cool for a few minutes before serving to ensure it holds together.
