Fancy Lobster Rice Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 lobster tails.
02 - 1 lemon.
03 - 1 cup of Arborio rice.
04 - 1 cup softened butter.
05 - Sea salt flakes.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter.
07 - 4 cups heated chicken stock.
08 - Paprika with a smoky flavor.
09 - Half a cup grated Parmesan.
10 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
11 - 1 diced small onion.
12 - Freshly ground black pepper.
13 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Put broth in a pot and heat it up.
02 - In melted butter, stir onion and garlic until soft.
03 - Toss rice in the mix, letting it cook for a couple of minutes.
04 - Add broth slowly to the rice, mix it continuously as it thickens. Keep it going for 20-25 minutes until creamy.
05 - Sprinkle Parmesan into the creamy risotto and stir.
06 - Boil lobster in water for seven minutes, then chill it quickly in ice water and remove the shells.
07 - Melt butter, add paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix it well.
08 - Lobster cooks for around a minute in the flavored butter.
09 - Spoon the risotto on a plate, place lobster on top, pour butter sauce, and squeeze some lemon over it.
