Low-Carb Chocolate Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1-2 teaspoons powdered sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol)
02 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese (use full-fat for better flavor)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

→ Add-ins You Can Use

05 - Cocoa powder for sprinkling
06 - Fresh berries to decorate
07 - 1-2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla into your blender. Blend it all until silky smooth. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides so everything mixes well!
02 - Want it extra chocolatey? Stir in melted dark chocolate and pulse it quickly again until it all comes together.
03 - Divide the mousse into small ramekins or bowls. Stick them in the fridge for at least half an hour to let the flavors blend and the texture firm up.
04 - Right before diving in, add a few fresh berries, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or even some chocolate curls to make it look extra fancy.

# Notes:

01 - Keep it fresh by covering and storing it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
02 - Want to make it even more indulgent? Add a dollop of whipped cream or scatter some crushed nuts on top.
03 - This is low in carbs and high in protein, which makes it a sweet treat that fits keto-friendly and low-carb diets.
