Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking tray or pizza pan.

Spoon the mac & cheese evenly around the edge of the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella. Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly to form a stuffed crust.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until soft. Add the beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until browned and fully cooked.

Lightly sprinkle some cheese over the pizza base (optional). Spread the cooked cheesesteak beef evenly over the dough.

Top with crispy fries and drizzle warm gravy over them.

Finish with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
