Mac & Cheese Stuffed Pizza (Print Format)

# Ingredients:

→ Stuffed Crust

01 - 1 large pizza dough
02 - 1½ cups prepared mac & cheese (thick)
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 300–400 g thinly sliced beef (cheesesteak style)
05 - 1 tablespoon oil
06 - 1 small onion, sliced
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
10 - ½ teaspoon paprika
11 - 1 cup French fries (fried or baked until crispy)
12 - 1 cup beef gravy (warm)
13 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese blend

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking tray or pizza pan.
03 - Spoon the mac & cheese evenly around the edge of the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella. Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly to form a stuffed crust.
04 - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until soft. Add the beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
05 - Lightly sprinkle some cheese over the pizza base (optional). Spread the cooked cheesesteak beef evenly over the dough.
06 - Top with crispy fries and drizzle warm gravy over them.
07 - Finish with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted.
08 - Let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
