On medium-high heat, warm the olive oil in a big skillet.

Lay the fish in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes till golden.

Flip the fillets and cook another 2-4 mins, checking for 137°F inside.

Take the cooked fish out and move to a plate.

Melt butter in the same pan with the lemon juice and lemon slices.

Toss in the garlic, cooking gently on low till it turns slightly golden (about a minute).
