Lemon Garlic Butter Fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 mahi mahi fillets, about 4-6 oz each.
02 - A pinch of salt.
03 - Lemon pepper seasoning.
04 - 2 lemons (juice from one, slices from the other).
05 - 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
07 - 4 tablespoons of salted butter.
08 - 2 tablespoons capers (optional, well-drained).
09 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped finely.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a paper towel to blot the moisture from the fillets.
02 - Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with salt and lemon pepper.
03 - On medium-high heat, warm the olive oil in a big skillet.
04 - Lay the fish in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes till golden.
05 - Flip the fillets and cook another 2-4 mins, checking for 137°F inside.
06 - Take the cooked fish out and move to a plate.
07 - Melt butter in the same pan with the lemon juice and lemon slices.
08 - Toss in the garlic, cooking gently on low till it turns slightly golden (about a minute).
09 - Mix in the parsley and capers to the sauce.
10 - Pour the sauce over the fish while it's still warm and enjoy.
