# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups frozen fries
02 - ½ lb ground beef
03 - 1 cup cheese curds
04 - 4 slices thick-cut bacon
05 - 1 small onion, sliced
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - ½ tsp garlic powder
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper

→ Maple Glaze

09 - ¼ cup pure maple syrup
10 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
11 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
12 - ½ tsp garlic powder
13 - ¼ tsp black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Cook frozen fries until golden and crispy according to package instructions.
02 - Cook thick-cut bacon until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
03 - Simmer maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small saucepan for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
04 - Season ground beef with garlic powder and black pepper. Form into a patty and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
05 - Sauté sliced onions in bacon drippings over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
06 - Layer cooked fries on a serving platter. Top with cheese curds, cooked beef patty, crumbled bacon, and caramelized onions. Drizzle with warm maple glaze. Serve immediately.
