Golden roasted cauliflower florets tossed in a balanced maple sriracha glaze with hints of garlic and onion powders.

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

→ Sauce

02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
04 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce, adjusted to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish (optional)

09 - Fresh parsley, chopped
10 - Lemon wedges

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate cleanup.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to form a balanced glaze.
03 - Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the glaze.
04 - Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through for uniform browning and texture.
05 - Once golden brown and tender, remove from the oven. Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for added brightness.

# Tips:

01 - Roasting at high heat ensures a crispy exterior while keeping the cauliflower tender inside.
