Meat Lovers Pizza Bread (Print Format)

01 - 1/2 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano, divided
03 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/4 tsp kosher salt
05 - 1 jar pizza sauce, divided
06 - 1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
07 - 4 slices provolone cheese
08 - 2 ounces thin-sliced pepperoni (about 1/3 cup)
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 Tbs butter, melted
11 - 2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - In a large non-stick skillet, cook ground beef with 1/2 tsp oregano, garlic powder, and kosher salt until browned, stirring frequently. Drain any excess drippings.
03 - Cool slightly and stir 1/3 cup of pizza sauce into the cooked beef.
04 - Unroll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet with shallow sides.
05 - Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce down the center of the dough. Top with provolone cheese slices, pepperoni, cooked ground beef, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Cut the dough in 1-inch intervals along both sides, towards the filling. Bring the dough strips up and over the filling.
07 - Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and the remaining 1/8 tsp oregano over the top.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden and baked through.
09 - Heat the remaining pizza sauce and serve as a dipping sauce alongside the pizza bread.
