01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
04 - 12 egg roll wrappers
05 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
03 - Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with one corner pointing toward you. Place 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water, fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
04 - In a large skillet, heat 1-2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
05 - Add a few egg rolls to the oil without overcrowding. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Transfer fried egg rolls to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
