Savory beef patties and sweet Hawaiian rolls come together for perfect hand-held sliders.

# Ingredients:

→ Mini Meatloaf Sliders

01 - 16 King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Slider Buns
02 - 2 lbs ground beef
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
05 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 egg
07 - 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
08 - 1/4 cup ketchup
09 - 1 tsp salt
10 - 1 tsp pepper
11 - 1 tsp onion powder
12 - 1 tsp garlic powder
13 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
14 - 1 tsp smoked paprika

→ Glaze

15 - 1/2 cup ketchup
16 - 1/2 cup bbq sauce
17 - 1 tbsp mustard

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Mix gently with hands until just combined.
02 - Form the meatloaf mixture into 16 equal-sized mini slider patties. Place them on a wire rack set on a baking sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, bbq sauce, and mustard. Spread the glaze evenly on top of the meatloaf patties.
04 - Bake the patties in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the patties reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with a meat thermometer.
05 - Spread mayonnaise or butter on the inside of the slider buns. Toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
06 - Place the cooked patties onto the toasted slider buns. Add any desired toppings and serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Cooking the patties on a wire rack minimizes grease absorption by allowing fat to drain away.
02 - To prevent dense or tough sliders, avoid overworking the meat mixture.
03 - Oven cooking times may vary; always check patties with a meat thermometer for doneness.
