# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 2/3 cup low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Meat

02 - 48 slices mini pepperoni

→ Seasoning

03 - Italian seasoning, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan to prevent sticking.
02 - Place 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella into each greased muffin cup, pressing lightly to form a base. Top each with three slices of mini pepperoni.
03 - Lightly sprinkle Italian seasoning over each prepared cup for added flavor.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 8 minutes or until cheese edges turn dark golden brown.
05 - Allow chips to cool slightly before carefully removing from the pan. Serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
